Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a limited return and exchange window to ensure fairness and maintain product quality.

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

Original packaging and tags must be intact

Important:

Products purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for exchange approval

Some products may be marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality inspection. You will be notified by email whether your request has been approved or rejected.

For approved exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after your return request has been approved.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after approval

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 days for the amount to appear in your account

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Shipping charges

  • Non-returnable products

  • Items that do not pass quality inspection

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24–48 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For products that include a manufacturer warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for support and warranty claims.
